i just pushed a change that might fix the powersink thing + stuck lights (tested locally under simulated lag and all is fine there)
this is intentional and how the light queue is meant to function. Updating a light - even turning it on or off - can be quite expensive to the CPU. We try to stall the updates of a light until the server has more resources available to deal with it.
edit : also note that the change will only be reflected on #1 and #2 for time being
