IRL you don't wait for the brink of death to have a coffee and a donut.
RP accordingly and the messages never show up.

Most people do not immediately drop what they're doing to go fetch a snack and drink (or piss) the moment they feel the slightest of urges, though. I'm just suggesting that they show up a less frequently at the minor levels.

The messages there weren't even "brink of death" -- those are all from when the motives were still over 50.
