Gibbed got name changed to LLJK.
The dude who calls himself gibbed (and hosts the servers) decided to change the names because he didn't like his username on the servers anymore.
Also Goons just happens to be the least awful set of ss13 servers as far as I'm concerned. The players don't take themselves seriously most of the time (HARDCORE RPING ALL THE TIME GUYS), but the admins are well capable of setting fair rules and enforcing them.
