Not featurish imo. Gotta check a few more things but this could potentially let you get sleeper or cryotube healed while out and about, 'cause the machine functions totally normally.
When I did this with the cloning scanner, I walked back to the console and scanned my glitch self, and the record was good. cloned myself with it. it's fucked.
