contracting HIV from eating monkey meat

I agree that HIV in particular really shouldn't be in the game. That said, I definitely love the idea of eating monkey meat and other unsanitary things carrying some risk. I believe a while back there was a thread about dirt and corpses and general filth possibly being vectors for disease, and I kind of just want to bring that up, too. I kind of feel like, in general, the game could benefit more from having more options to contract diseases besides random events, admin tomfoolery, and the rare round when the pathologists are both willing and able to unleash something.
