Just call it an Electronic Field Disruptor or something, I like it. I think I've seen it suggested before though.

Would be nice to have, especially if it hides you from turrets and Guardbuddies and such.

I like the idea, but I wouldn't take it as far as turrets. Maybe Guardbuddies OR Securitrons, but not both. (Of the two, I'd suggest Securitrons, since they are easier to mass-produce.)

Turrets are basically the only line of defense an AI has, and it's already easy to bypass them if you know what you're doing, so I think it's probably a bit much. E-Mags can already take care of them, I think, if you're quick enough.
