I currently can't be bothered doing each individual scenario however:
as secoff, generally confiscate any traitor gear (or if they were hacking/doing chem shit or something, i confiscate the related equipment.
as captain/hop, i do the same but i'm much more likely to kill an antag if they resist a lot, repeatedly attack/resist capture, etc
as a geared out staff assistant, i usually take their traitor stuff (and anything i want) then kill them if they try to take it back. or just out them over radio and leave it for others to deal with
edit: i didnt realize there was a c saber scenario. always kill anyone who buys a saber
