Oh hey, not as bad as I thought my grumpy drunk guy post would be. Granted it went off kilter when I started suggesting things.  -- The idea of the thread was to gather ideas about making miscreants useful. That and an autistic grump-fest about miscreants never being actual miscreants.

Miscreants have no raison d'etre. My view is that we either give them bite, change what they are ('gimmick challenges' instead of 'miscreants'), or get rid of them completely.
