gamemode double-ups

Currently, we seem to get the same gamemode repeatedly and then a different gamemode a couple of times in a row. My suggestion is, when a gamemode happens, make it less likely to happen in the next round, so we don't get 3 blob rounds in a row, or 3 wiz rounds, etc.

just remove blob/wizard only rounds and put them in mixed mode

so instead of having a blob round that lasts 10 minutes we have traitor/changeling+blob/wizard

The one that tends to kill me is double nuke ops - and I like nukeops.

I like the concept, but I also don't want game modes predictable. I guess that all depends on the execution.
