Major Please report all bug caused by the new movement update here.
#16
You can no longer moonwalk with a pod.
#17
Pod movement is pretty nastied in general.
#18
Not sure if it was caused by it but since the update the hand labelers no longer work
#19
It may just be a separate bug all together, but vr pods seem broken as I cant page up or page down to attack. Also, I think when I left a pod, I was forced to move one direction and couldn't move at all for a bit. I don't know if I can replicate the 2nd bug or not.

I experienced this earlier and forgot to report it. Oops.

Anyways, this is caused by holding down a direction as you exit the pod. For example, holding S while exiting the pod will have you forced to move down no matter what you do. You have to press S again to "refresh" it and make your movement normal again.

i just experienced this and nothing i tried or pressed undid it. eventually i laid down and got pulled away by someone, only to be shaken back to my feet to find that i could no longer move at all

If you're floating in space away from the station and throw an item to reverse your direction you seem to bounce off of catwalk surfaces and such and start floating away again. The only way to get past this is to impact with a wall or something instead of the catwalk/lattice.

NOTE: This may be related to the exiting a pod while moving bug, will test to check.

Moving diagonally NW from here pushes the lockers like this:

If I try to move one tile NW in this position, this is the result:

Monkey magic. They do the same.

Actually, you would hold down b then click the things to point at em. I'll see to it that thats re-added for WASD mode.

This has killed a few people, myself included.

There's also an odd bit where your movement seems to occasionally halt on lattice space. I thought it was lag, but it seems that the movement key being pressed down stops being registered until you press it again. Doesn't happen regularly, but often enough. Maybe it's just me?

On the subject of space movement, do pods have two speeds now? These are gonna take a while to get used to.

AI shells are no longer able to propel themselves in space - they just float through space now.

General feedback about the new movement system:
Movement is much harder to control. I cannot reliably go a single tile in any direction, even by tapping the movement keys. It feels like the floor is made out of ice or something.
Cold movement means that it is physically impossible to escape a maneater while cold. You need to fight or die. Usually die.
AI shells can no longer control their movement in space.
Sprintwalking is seemingly the same speed as regular sprinting.
#28
it seems that afterattack halts movement for a few ticks.

This is still broken. Shame, since pointing is one of the things I use most for non verbal communication

Less importantly, alt+s for *twirl is also broken.

If you time it exactly right, you can walk out of the explosion caused by your PDA being bombed and come out completely unharmed.
