Magnet Cuffs

Cuffs that are held together by Magnets, Only the HoS(Possibly) Spawns with ONE
Can be thrown at Criminals and when it hits them it auto-cuffs them.
Can be uncuffed one of 3 ways
1)A Special key that the HoS Also gets
2)Getting Shocked with them on in any way/Shape/form (Wires, Electrofied doors ect.)
3) Extreme heat

I think just having them work on hitting with a toss is strong enough. They don't need any special way to remove them.

But pretending to be Zenigata would be great.

but if it's a special item it could be more fun! like, lets say the hos misses the toss. the traitor could pick the cuffs up and toss them back!

this should be the standard for handcuffs

but you should also be at least able to catch them either normally or with stungloves or something
