The inverse of sunglasses: a pathogen that shares the same hint ("responds to flashes of light"), but makes it so that whenever you're flashed, it gives the IT BURNS message(and appropriate lengthened stun) as though you were wearing thermals. Stage 5 would even give a small chance to be permanently blinded by flashes.
Dripping flash powder/hootingium would yield the message, "the pathogen appears to be very sensitive to the chemicals, slightly burning."
