Get Dat Fukkin Disk 2 : The second one
#61
Jack Jackson (1)
You decide to make your way to the nearest solar array to set it up.
...uh...is this a new model?  You're pretty sure you have no idea what you're doing.
Oh well.  Let's push some buttons!  What's the worst that could happen?
...............
How the hell is power produce below 0?
The power supply for the station will last roughly five minutes less than it should.

Irene Minicine (2)
You take out a box of helmets, telling people about the importance of skateboarding safety.  Sadly, they don't seem to be selling very well.

Jerk-Op #5 (4)
With no Telecrystals left, the radio is little more than a paperweight.  An explosive paperweight, but a paperweight none the less.  You activate its self-destruct feature and place it near the sending and receiving conveyor belt openings.
The ever pleasant sound of a minor explosion...escapes.  Cause there's no air.  You didn't hear a thing.  You definitely SAW something though.
You and #4 head in past the wreckage.

KRAKEN (N/A)
You decide the QM will be able to solve this problem.
You send a request through your PDA system.  Now you just need to wait and the problem will solve itself.

Beelzebub (3)
You check the microwave to see if there's anything in it.
Seems like there's an uncooked meatball.
Do ferrets like meatballs?

Jerk-Op #4 (N/A)
You watch your fellow op toss his radio at the nearby wall and blow it up.  With everything going according to plan, the two of you set foot on the station.

Mr. Mc Buffer Nerd Bullier Warcleans (N/A)
You go into medbay after stuffing the cleaner full of the bartenders special mix and go to town on the place.  (Previous role result, 2).  All of medbay is covered in......ants?

You're pretty sure the bartender lied to you.  On several levels.  What do you even pay him for?  Frustratingly enough, the medbay personnel seem just as amused as you.  With little happening on the station, security has been called to talk about things.  Sounds like a ticket is gonna be handed out.
Security Risk: Blue.  Reason: Being an annoying shit.  Reported by: Medbay Staff.

Manne Love (N/A)
You decide it's time to launder some money.  Literally.  You take your money and head over to the washing machines to make them nice and clean.
You reach the washing machines near the Staff Assistant lounge, passing by the clown trying to catch the ferret, and proceed to turn on...wait a sec...
.........
.........
...yup.  That is indeed happening.
You turn on the washing machine.

Montgommery Scott (6)
You stare blankly at your computer screen, trying to figure out a way to justify knowing John Warcleans was going to cause trouble for medbay, but can't think of anything in particular that would work.  You decide to leave that out of your post.  No one likes a power gamer, after all.  You're pretty sure you did see him at some point though, and use that as a possible justification to follow him to medbay to see what he's doing and potentially cause some conflict.

You follow the janitor towards medbay, wondering what he's doing when you see a random pill sitting on the floor in the waiting room.
I mean fuck, now you have to eat it.
.........HOLY SHIT!
EVERYTHING IS SO CLEAR!
THIS IS SO AMAZING!
HOLY SHIT!

You apparently are tripping balls.  Based on your medical expertise, this appears to be the legendary super meth, a type of meth thought to only exist in legend, hence it being...uh...legendary.

BEEP-BOOP (4)
While mixing your medical chemicals, you peer out the window to try to identify the strange sight outside the Science/Medical receiving and shipping room.
The wall you're looking at suddenly implodes towards the windows.  After the rubble clears out, two unidentifiable people step onto the station.
You're not sure who they could be, but you don't think they mean anything positive for the station.

Everyone in Medbay and Science (John Warcleans, Montgommery Scott, BEEP-BOOP)
You hear something coming from the shipping/receiving room nearby.  Was that a bomb?

KRAKEN, AI: I tell over the radio that if he has made no progress, help should arrive shortly. I then return to the age old tradition of scrolling through all the cameras as fast as possible and failing to see almost anything.

"Not quite what I had in mind; even better! Knew ya had demo-tech written all *over* you!" Jerkop-4 says over the encrypted headset radio.

"A'ight, plan's simple: run the bomb into the operating room, hide it under some coats, take some hostages, and bunker up in there yellin' at 'trasers till they give up the thing. Hold off actually *killin'* for now; get yer Donk ready, and kick the livin' dayshits outta anyone crossing yer killzone!"

Jerkop-4 whips out his trusty Emag and swipes it over the ID reader, thrashing the door's circuitry, sparks of voided warranty flying as the door slams open with enough force to fuck it forever. He then strolls into the pharmacy, nuke in tow, and swaps his Emag for a revolver.

"Wassup!" he yells to the whole of Medbay before the Pharmacy's air seeps out the door. "Get y'all into the operating room or we'll code blew ya to bits!"

Jhon Warcleans :
Time to switch off that sprayer and kick this ol girl into OVERDRIVE. I head for the morgue, then maint, ultimately for the janitor's closet near genetics.

Along the way I arm and drop mousetraps behind me.
( i hope the wet floors are gonna make life harder for those redsuits, slipping into a puddle of liquid ants doesn't really SOUND like fun )

Beelzebub: Clown

Action: I scoop that meatball up, carefully dividing it into 4 pieces. One piece I bait my trap with, another I pop into my mouth to suck on

"Dammit. Can't nanotransen go one day without replacing perfectly good systems with completely different models without telling anyone?"
With the solars thoroughly fucked, I just decide to go grab some wires are a power cell to turn my insulated gloves into stungloves.

Actions
  • *scream
  • Move away into research proper, closing the door behind me. Prior research has indicated that being near unrecognized humans violates Law 3.
  • Inform the AI of the new arrivals, via silicon chat: "Are we expecting a crew transfer? Perhaps some new security, based on the standard-issue NanoTransen Security "Staff Assistant Blood Red" color of their uniforms?"
  • Let people know of the danger, via 145.9. "Internals and pressurized clothing required in medbay due to unscheduled renovations."

Fuck now i feel like a jerkish metagamer sorry, anyway, i hear the explosion, grab some medical supplies, a paramedic suit, and rush towards the sound of the explosion to help anybody injured by it while yelling FUCK THIS IS SOME GOOD METH.

Unscheduled renovations? I check the fabricators for metal to manufacture building materials.

Irene Mincine (145.9) says, “do you guys need any supplies for your renovations in medbay?”

I pray for the Clown as I dry the offerings, and learn from it's example. What greater ideal of wrasslin' can there be than one who wrassles with life (and ferrets, apparently) itself?

"Are we expecting a crew transfer? Perhaps some new security, based on the standard-issue NanoTransen Security "Staff Assistant Blood Red" color of their uniforms?"
You decide to flip your cameras to BEEP-BOOP to see what he's talking about.
The room near chemistry and medbay seems to have a hole blown out of it.  Furthermore, there appear to be two men in red space suits, a pod, and a weird looking device.
Cameras zoom in on the device.
.........
It's a nuclear bomb!

Jerk-Op #4 (4)
You burst into the room pistol drawn, ushering people towards the operating room.  A few staff members are there.  A few run off, but you manage to get two people in.

Of particular note is one of the medical staff seems jittery as all hell.  He hasn't left medbay entirely nor gotten into the operating room yet.  He seems to be waiting in the waiting room.

Jhon Warcleans (5)
Ants are combustible, right?  Close enough.  You mozey on out of medbay and start laying down mouse traps from there to the janitorial closet.
New event: Mouse traps: In medbay, maintenance, or disposals, all players must roll against setting off mouse traps.

Beelzebub (3)
You take the meatball and put half of it under the box, while chowing on the other half.
Tastes old.
Seems the ferret hasn't taken the bait yet.

BEEP-BOOP (N/A)
You decide to move away from the suspicious looking people and inform the AI of what is going on.  You also warn the station of the explosive breach near medical.
Security level ^ to green.

Montgommery Scott (N/A) : There might be injured at the explosion!  Gotta help!
You rush towards the explosion and see a man in red coming in through the door.
He's waving a pistol around, giving out orders to nearby people to get in the surgery room.
Seems perfectly fine no reason to see if he has any injuries BYE
You nope to the waiting room.  A security officer just arrived and wishes to know if the janitor is still there.  He seems kinda grossed out by the ants.
Neither men in red seem to have noticed each other yet.

Irene Minicine (N/A)
"What kind of materials do you need for the renovations?"
"Uh...some guns would be nice.  Really good ones."
That sounds like some weird renovations.

Manne Love (N/A)
You pray in the hopes that the clown will successfully wrastle this problem in his life.  You fetch your money out of the drier.
Feels good to have clean money.

I grab the nuke and cart it into the operating theatre and scan my surroundings for potential threats. Also, I grab a metal chair on the way and fold it up, turning it into a blunt weapon that suits my wrestling skills.

With all of my relevant law-bound duties covered, and the salicylic acid addition on hold for now, back to more important tasks.
  • Ask the AI where the clown is via silicon chat.
  • Go to where the clown is.
  • Interfere in its tasks in whatever ways my laws permit, making sure to lawyer Law 2 should it come up. Saving ferrets from a life of sadness being near the clown is very important.
