Seastation 13 is "every airlock has a super drain built to it so when you come in the water can't flood the station. Please don't break any windows."

a seastation would have proper, deliberately larger decompression / decontamination airlocks, rather than the piddly "we had to get this into orbit so 1 tile is all you get" airlocks of SS13. Small lobbies with 2 or 3 drains in which a half a dozen crewmen could chill and wait while some sort of auto-lockout counts down. it's like a mini brig to punish those who would leave such a sanctuary.
