Latex-insulated pharosium cables do not work in reclaimers
#1
The new insulated cables cannot be reclaimed for pharosium. When placing any number of coils in, the reclaimer shuts down after a tick without producing anything. Also, the cables may be placed in an autoloom to get latex fabric. Perhaps using wirecutters to strip cable insulation may be a good idea?

Also, the sprites for APCs and terminals still use the old red cabling.

In my tests, the reclaimer handled entire coils without issue. I think your problem is that trying to recycle coils with less than 30 lengths of cable left doesn't yield any material. These days, one ingot represents 10 units of processed ore, and the reclaimer ejects leftover metal/glass sheets, rods and floor tiles if there isn't enough scrap to work with. For some reason, this doesn't work with cable coils yet.

In my test, I placed entire coils of cable from the pod bay box in the nearby reclaimer.
