Macrobombs can't be re-implanted. Tried it, wouldn't work.

Odd. I cut a macrobomb out of a traitor detective and couldn't get the damn thing in an implanter.

There might be more conditions to this bug.

Alright, might be worth a shot.

I do remember it happening so it is a thing, I even tried implanting myself with the implanter to make sure it wasn't filled, and made a new implanter at robotics.
