Macrobombs can't be re-implanted. Tried it, wouldn't work.

Odd. I cut a macrobomb out of a traitor detective and couldn't get the damn thing in an implanter.
There might be more conditions to this bug.

I dunno if you hang out in IRC at all, but if you do and feel like helping me recreate the situation you were in when this bug happened, hit me up over there when you've got some free time and we can go test stuff out.

I do remember it happening so it is a thing, I even tried implanting myself with the implanter to make sure it wasn't filled, and made a new implanter at robotics.
