Parolled means you were in jail once but let go.

okay, but the jailbird trait doesn't set you to parole??? It sets you to arrest for random crimes. Whenever I'm HoS, I try my best to interact with people who have the trait. Mostly, I just issue tickets, nothing that harms them in any way for something they technically didn't do. there is no need to ahelp that at all, as sometimes security can get rreeeallly busy, and we just don't have time to issue tickets and such for minor crimes.

It does set to arrest, some secoffs however see it on secmate and just parole the person cause its an obvious jailbird trait usually.

Basically its failrp or whatever.
