More Meat

It occurred to me today that we pretty much only have one type of meat: A generic steak cut. I was thinking, depending on the animal source, when harvesting meat we get different cuts such as:
  • Chuck
  • Rib
  • Loin
  • Sirloin
  • Round
  • Flank
  • Brisket
  • Thigh
  • Wing
  • Breast
  • Shoulder
...and so on and so forth. This could greatly expand the kinds of dishes you could prepare. Slaughter the owlery and make a big ole plate of hot wings, or get a space pig and make BBQ pork chops
