More Meat - Frank_Stein - 06-02-2018 It occurred to me today that we pretty much only have one type of meat: A generic steak cut. I was thinking, depending on the animal source, when harvesting meat we get different cuts such as: Chuck Rib Loin Sirloin Round Flank Brisket Thigh Wing Breast Shoulder ...and so on and so forth. This could greatly expand the kinds of dishes you could prepare. Slaughter the owlery and make a big ole plate of hot wings, or get a space pig and make BBQ pork chops
