Idea.
You can supercharge a segway so that it gotta goes really fast.
Hitting a person causes you go go flying really fast, leave you stunned for a longer than usual period of time, knock you out during the stun, and deliver 10 brute damage to the other person.
Hitting a window flings you out into space.
Countered by all segways being hard to get to without security/medical access if the people that used them aren't dumb.
