Admin: Team Generally
Date+Time: Most of the time
Synopsis:
I love to play on classic! However, as everyone can acknowledge, population has been slipping a bit. This is probably natural as people shift more towards MRP and as MRP has become the de facto default gamemode for SS13 at large. Things change and that's okay! However, a little more admin interaction or presence on classic would be nice if that can be managed.
Classic often has zero admins online, in contrast to the MRP servers who almost always have at least one floating around. I think people are drawn to this fact at least a little bit. Of course, MRP also requires more admin interaction, as its hard to make an infraction on Classic unless you are truly awful.
I think having one admin around to occasionally spice things up would be nice. While I don't love round consuming gimmicks, it increasingly feels like Classic is the same five people, with maybe an admin or two seen every 5-10 days, when the only in-game community interaction is just a dumping ground for testing features like podwars. I feel this has a detrimental effect on classic and only makes it shrink in popularity, which also has the effect of making it more insular.
To be clear, I rarely ahelp unless something really bad is happening, and that always gets a prompt response. I'm not worried about rules, or how admins come in to deal with shitters or something. I'd just like to encourage the admin team to maybe pop-in on classic a little bit more, take temperature checks, see if anything needs improvements, ask for feedback pre and post game in OOC, and generally have more of an in-game presence if that can be afforded.
Extra Information:
I have a discord account, and am technically a member of the discord, but don't really use it as I find discord to be, well, generally a kind of annoying platform to use and a timesink. Therefore I thought using the forums might be a better way to organize my thoughts.

Also, I would like to throw in as a post script that every interaction I've had with the admin team over the years has been pleasant, this isn't a complaint at all. This is more of a vibes based feedback on how admins could support classic a little more.
