Actually the hell with the 22, I made an Old Hunting Rifle styled after a .30-06. It's pretty damn powerful, and good luck retrieving it.

With that Message i believe the Rifle will be on Ice moon in some deep crevice with 50 yetis guarding it. and the only way to get out will be hand tele.

I think it would be kind of neat if they brought that asteroid jungle map back, but made it a wildlife preserve.

Have a bunch of dangerous animals, but leave some guns/cool gear laying around. Objective is to shoot things but don't get eaten. Basically a spaceman's version of deer hunter.

Also perhaps examining someone should denote if they've been shot by a bullet.

If not that then a medical analyzer should tell you that.

Otherwise "I've been shot" could mean either a laser, or a bullet.
