Paper hats are not a thing

Paper hats are no longer a thing, and haven't been for a while.
And yes, i've tried writing on the page to see if you can wear it then and that doesn't work either. It makes me sad inside.

What we're talking about is the inability to fold paper hats, which is a BUG.
