Paper hats are no longer a thing, and haven't been for a while.
And yes, i've tried writing on the page to see if you can wear it then and that doesn't work either. It makes me sad inside.

I miss having paper hats, I think you can put a piece of paper on your head but it does nothing. ;__;

I have tried every conceivable method of removing the hat.

What we're talking about is the inability to fold paper hats, which is a BUG.
