The smoke module for guard buddies used to be pretty dangerous, giving a dose of ketamine to anyone without a gas mask. I just tried it repeatedly on lljk #1, after setting a monkey to arrest. No ketamine, not even a weaker substitute. Neither the monkey or myself were knocked out, or had any ketamine in our systems afterwards. The guard buddy still releases a cloud of smoke, but there's nothing in it.

I tried to test this further, by setting myself to arrest and seeing if the buddies behave differently arresting a non-braindead player. Still nothing in the smoke, and it turns out the syringe gun buddies are also broken. They wouldn't fire syringes, no matter what I did. Taser and flash are still working, and I haven't had a chance to test the arc thrower module. This was all done on lljk 1.

I fixed all broken guardbuddy modules some time ago.
