These are plasma cuffs V.1 these use Power Towers or Port-a-Power Station To Work! They will stun the wearer every minute or so which would stop the wearer from taking them off.


These are state of the art plasma cuffs that don't shock the wearer but slow the break out process, but like the Plasma Cuffs V.1 they are powered by Port-a-Power Station.


Lastly, the inactive Port-a-Power Station which needs to be wrenched over a power wire to work.

This is an active power station it is like a Tesla that powers the cuffs by shocking the air around it in low volts, Emagging this tower will cause it to over charge and send shocks out like over charged APC's
