Remove 100% health indicator

Having a health indicator state that dips from gray to green at the very first sign something is wrong is instantaneous warning against certain things that could stand to be a little stealthier. Penning someone with sulfonal or changeling neurotoxic sting can be sussed out on the very first cycle because of the obvious dip from 100% to 99%.

More detailed thoughts:
Below 0 - Crit, obviously
0-10 - Deep red, verge of crit
10-35 - Red, serious danger
35-55 - Orange, heavily wounded
55-75 - Yellow, hurt
75-95 - Yellow-green, mildly hurt
95-100 - Green, fine

yeah I liked the idea of making the 100% health HUD icon be less noticeably different from the next one. dunno if the change I made to the icon went in or not yet but it should be live on the servers soon.
