I have no pockets but i must SecOff

I think a lot of people's experiences with inventory management will vary based on what they take as utility items. Me personally, I always take a forensic scanner and RecordTrak - two items that can fit in the belt, so I don't use any bag space. A lot of people take flashbangs or morphine - which, to stay organized, NEED to be in the bag. It ultimately boils down to choosing your loadout more carefully. If you want specific items, you have to live with the consequences of managing it. As stated, you should also take stops at security to drop things off if necessary so you're not wasting space.

Definitely don't give security specified loadouts. I've seen a lot of funny things come out of people using items that aren't normally used (like an entirely NT stun mine based equipment set), and it would make security way more separate from the rest of the departments. Half the fun of security is getting other departments involved.

All in all, if you're struggling with item juggling: carry boxes. Evidence boxes are made to be used.

the only correct way to play security is to roll a die for each loadout option, (yes, just a baton counts. its cheating to reroll the die)

Random roll is really fun

Sec Ass inventory management to me is

Belt: 1 shield, 6 morphine shots for the community
Pouch: 2 flashes 2 cuffs and a drug that is not morphine
Backpack: fire extinguisher, box with emergency stuff, drugs of various kinds if you can
