They could be called "Revolutionary Leader" or "Revolution Instigator" or something like that.

Only time it's ever been a problem that I can remember is when a headrev uploaded a law telling the AI that heads aren't human without specifying heads of staff. Which was hilarious.

Heads aren't human... Does that mean the AI has permission to remove everyones heads?
