They could be called "Revolutionary Leader" or "Revolution Instigator" or something like that.

Has anyone gotten these confused? Ive never seen it myself. We've got indicator icons and everything for them.

Only time it's ever been a problem that I can remember is when a headrev uploaded a law telling the AI that heads aren't human without specifying heads of staff. Which was hilarious.

Heads aren't human... Does that mean the AI has permission to remove everyones heads?
