It occurred to me today that we pretty much only have one type of meat: A generic steak cut. I was thinking, depending on the animal source, when harvesting meat we get different cuts such as:
- Chuck
- Rib
- Loin
- Sirloin
- Round
- Flank
- Brisket
- Thigh
- Wing
- Breast
- Shoulder
