Genetic stability doesn't go up - medsal15 - 08-07-2015 when you remove a mutation. This allows you to transform anyone into a monster. I discovered this when the captain was under 50 stability. I removed him a mutation but his stability didn't change. I then added the mutation to see if it was it. Stability went down. Removed and added it again. Captain became what people become at 0 stability. The mutation was rad resistance. Re: Genetic stability doesn't go up - Grayshift - 08-08-2015 (This also works the other way, too.
