About the PR
Skips giving the first assault pod warning if over 70 active players (approx 60 crew + nukies).

Why's this needed?
Nukie win rate is pretty bad overall and the one minute warning is a bit extreme when there are so many crew to fight them.
There is still the second warning stating it is nukies and the destination.
Also note there is still a travel time for the syndicate missile arrival, so it actually takes another 10~ seconds on top for the nukies to arrive.
