It is a little known fact that the manager has their own personal stats, much like their employees. And like the agents, what the manager does when under heavy stress is determined by their stats.
We've already seen what the manager does when their Temperence is their highest stat.
What happens under extreme stress when their Fortitude is their highest stat?
