Google searching reveals that that exact phrase has been posted on countless websites by a spambot in located somewhere in Russia. I don't... think? It's Solarium related?

Also why would some one make a spam bot to paste these strings of letters and numbers on websites and the sol wiki just happen to get hit?
I may also just be wrong and it could be a big coincidence too though

If it stops posting, you know that computer has lost internet connection/disinfected. This in turn lets the spambot author get a better idea of how big their botnet actually is.
