I'm currently concentrating my efforts in making the intro and outro first. To me at this time makes the most sense, as I can apply it to any future episodes by simply editing the .psd file of the character profiles. It makes even more sense to do this, as if this goes to plan, and I get a group of people recording a the 3 rounds, that's 3 episodes right there off the bat. I long-term planning is in place right now.

Not until I get my laptop unfortunately. I'm waiting on a fund coming in [email protected], then I can start making the intro and outro.
But
There's absolutely nothing stopping people from organizing a day, max 3 people just recording a round. Once the video is decent (preferably you use the same recording software and save the vid in the same .file i.e: .mov) then I can use that for the first episode. Just remember the memo!

Is commentary required? Could it be delivered in the form of text bubbles/notes/annotations/whatever?
Is the commentary supposed to be in character roleplaying, or out of character explanation?

Commentary isn't required, but for it would mean alot less work for me because i would have to edit in a way so it's not just a silent clip when it rolls to you. I could do a thought-bubble overlay when it comes to a commentaryless person, but I dunno.
I'm imagining more like the commentary you'd see in the extra content on films, like directors talking about shit, but particularly concerning yourself. See Let's Plays (Ughh, I despise let's plays, go choke on a turd, pewpewdiedie) for the kind of stuff I would like you to be saying. This is essentially a lets play, but it's a little more than that: It's taking commentary from different perspectives, and this game is perfect for it.
Roleplaying is G, just don't go overboard.

I would be all for this, and I can "probably" meld my schedule to make pretty much anytime fit. I could also provide commentary, but that would depend on what time we would be doing this. Would be happy to participate if I get the chance!
