Wizard Staff: You try and cast a spell but fail horribly! A random spell then affects you and the staff blows up. This may not even kill the person but it would still be funny.

Alcohol/soda dispenser
Crewmember tries to drink directly from a dispensing nozzle and accidentally drowns.
Imagine getting your head stuck in one of those little drink dispensers at mcdonalds or burger king, but drowning to death because of it. That should be possible as a suicide.

Or you dunk into the ground so hard you just splatter into a gibsmear on the floor tile.
Still make it take time though. It'd be hilarious to just see someone splatter on the ground while casually walking about.

Cargo transporter: teleport all of your body parts to different random beacons.
Porta-sci: you teleport into and merge with a nearby wall, turning it into a living wall.
Robot head: Smash it through your forehead and scoop the brain into the head. Also doubles as a handy thing for people who want to be borged!
Defib: lick the paddles and pull the trigger.
Clown clothing (only if you wear the full set): You honk LOUDLY, gibbing into 3-5 clownspiders.
Cluwne clothing: In a subversion, PREVENTS you from suiciding.
Rods: Impale your own head on the rod.

It would be really funny if a empty revolver gave you a failed suicide message.
Crewmember points the gun in their mouth, but when they pull the trigger all they hear is a click, the gun is empty!
