centcom has its own level i believe. all the adventure zone stuff is on the same level as eachother

used to be able to see the top of the vr go karts track from centcomm too.

Centcomm is on Z+3, along with they syndicate shuttle and the wizard's den. Other than those, it's a field of grass

I believe that the emergency shuttle in transit is on Z3 as well.

While it doesen't have a GPS, it has something similar to it you can track down.
