I should have clarified my intent in posting. I was trying to offer an explanation, I know exactly why I had the heart attack that round.
It's a separate issue but relatedly there should be far more warning about CO2 asphyxiation than there is.

there could be various degrees of more warning about effects that are making you pass out in general. irl people frequently feel themselves becoming woozy and can at least call for help or crawl a ways, there are only some things that come on rapidly and unexpectedly. make an idea thread for it its a good idea
