Not hard?? That's exactly the problem, who knows if the clown is even around anymore by the time you've spawned your crate and seen that you got a clown car.

Why not add clown clothes to the general manufacturer via hacking. It's a little more work but you can then mass produce clown masks and have your own clown gang.

Adding more ways to obtain clown clothes by having them sold/in hacked uniform manufacturers would solve a lot of problems. Mostly, the problem of having not enough clowns.
