The NanoTrasen CEO's Fat And Worthless Son
Has an all-access ID card but begins the round with slight brain damage and with the Fat, Dwarf, Chav, Clumsiness, and Epilepsy, Matter Eater, and Smellitus Genetic disorders, plus whichever that one that makes you yell all the time is. He is also specifically too fat to fit inside the Genetics scanner.
He has been sent to the station to "improve productivity" via "hands-on management of aerospace assets" and "application of improved synergy guidelines".

Journalist sounds best so far, but might be a bit close to Tourist in that they're both about delivering statements on the godawful nature of the station rather than actively contributing to it.
My suggestion: Burglar. Starts with a sack instead of backpack, complete with dollar sign on it. Black & white striped uniform and balaclava. Crew objectives: Steal everything not nailed down, or accumulate a hundred thousand credits.

A job that's sole purpose is to get chased down by security and arrested for theft?
It sounds like a good terrible idea.
Like I would rob everything and anything on thursdays as a burglar, but I doubt I'd be happy to be robbed.

Here a Idea for a daily Job, Snake Oil salesmen, they have no accessed, but they come with 2 box's full of Discount's Dan Snake Oil. Which Can do anything from grow hair, to bring back to the dead.
Snake Oil will just be a random reagent.
Scanning the bottle will not tell you what is inside, nor will right clicking example. Only way is to drink it. Each bottle has enough in it to be sipped twice.
