Or we can get a new tratior item for the clown, a Syndicate confetti cannon that shoots Harden Confetti that causes brute damage, and bleeding, to people in a 2 by 6 area of effect of effect in front of the cannon.
There is no bar party, that can't be made better by a clown bring out this baby.
