It is imperative that anything that comes of this must result in clowns shaming themselves if they want to wear internals. The nose taking up the mask slot makes some sense

Maybe make the internals smear the makeup? or the paint is so greasy that the mask falls off?

Simple.. clown nose is an item you wear but it takes the mask slot.

Complicated solution: Wearing a mask with the makeup on causes you to start huffing the chemicals and taking a bit of tox damage, and if you have the red nose on, a chance for it to slip off and cause you to start choking on it.

Given there's already some makeup in the game, and there's a clown nose PR currently open, I think this is wholly plausible. I enjoy.
