Makeup 4 Clowns

I got a hot take.
I got a reaaaal hot take.
SS13 clowns wearing masks SUCKS...

...Not really, but I don't like it!!

I mean, what is this, Payday?
What real life clown wears a mask?
That's cheap Halloween costume junk right there.

I propose an alternative, for those less masqueradically inclined. (While retaining the option to wear said masks, of course.)

Two items.

First, a clown nose. Applies a red, one pixel clown nose to your face, simple!

Then, makeup/face paint! Makes your skin (or just your face) a pale, clownly white.

Now, please, direct your eyes towards the diagram below.

It goes against everything we've learned, but the clown has a point.

I think this is a neat idea and also I’m obsessed with the presentation. Fantastic sales pitch

I think that's a great point and will also make clowns less standard looking, as is (with some extreme exceptions) a lot of clowns mostly look the same, this would help RP and diversity. Will be curious how grease makeup/the red nose is removed but otherwise if it's able to be implemented I would like to see it.

If it were a makeup kit item you could have a menu for different "makeup styles" like how borgs get a menu to change their screen face. Like just apply over it to change the style. As for removal, maybe a specific chemical which you get with the kit in a small bottle, apply on a sponge or towel or handkerchief and use to wipe off. what chemical exactly? idk! would probably have to check in game ones or like what real makeup remover uses. alternatively it could use acetone since thats whats used for sticker removal and clown paint theoretically is extra durable or something haha

A new "makeup" layer shouldn't be that hard to add, if all this would be, conceptually, is a collection of images to overlay onto the face. Going beyond that, I think you could reasonably have a mix-n-match deal where you can select different styles for different elements - e.g what color and shape to paint around your eyes. Due to the pixel graphics these choices would be very hard to notice though, so the simpler collection of faces might be more reasonable.

Additionally, clown-clumsiness should NOT cause you to mess up your paint, and in fact should allow expert, deft application and even removal of clown face paint. Without the trait the process takes longer and may be prone to failure. Or maybe not.

Oh and, keep clown masks as an option.
