functions just like riot launcher but comes loaded with he and fits in backpacks
The gimmick rampage kits aren't exactly OP for their price. A wrestling belt is a better purchase than any of them.

created from starstone and soulsteel
also dumb wizard spell idea for this material
curse
changes the material of your current held item to corrupted soulsteel
ghosts that posses items coming from the wiz spell arent allowed to metagrudge the wiz
fun way to get deadchat into the round while rampaging

Disable roundstart wizards at less than 30 population.
Speaking from experience after a round last night on two, without a good sec team there is just no realistic counter to wizards at low population. Rampaging becomes trivial and the gimmicky spells like poly and cluwne aren't going to lead to much fun either. So you can essentially end up doing nothing but wander around the station as another person in a funny costume or trivially clear the station at your leisure.

alloying soulsteel and 1 traitor TC from an uplink gets you one "soulsteal" implant which on death, turns the victims body into a soulsteal bar which makes their ghost possess whatever you arcplater the bar with

HoS offices should get a heavy duty toilet specifically for giving worse swirlies. Any other implications are a bonus.
(I know only donut3 or so has a dedicated HoS bathroom, we can just replace the chair at their desk for the other maps.)
