Make it possible to feed Jim food. It'll just drop right out of his body, but a growing skeleton like him deserves to eat. Anything he drinks will puddle on the floor.
His skull should be removable, and replaceable. Giving Jim a new skull will make him look like the skeleton of a [skull's owner's job], like how human burgers smell.
