Small QoL change for repairing.

1. Applying floor tiles directly to a broken floor should automatically replace a busted floor tile. 

This is a tedious exercise that really needs to get the goon treatment and reflect the faster paced rounds. Otherwise scorched busted tiles will be left ignored. It's a small thing yes, but it would really cut out a good chunk of fully repairing a room.

2. Replace all normal airtanks with high-pressured airtanks
We have a problem with atmos, and it doesn't look like it's going to get fixed anytime soon. So throw a bone to those repairing.

3. High-pressured airtanks now are heated. 
This is something to be contested, but if it works like it should in my head, then this would be a superior change. Hot air travels further, meaning areas would be repressurized quicker. It would also mean it would reduce the cold, but not monumentally, heaters would still need to be used. It wouldn't be a  case of scorched air, you wouldn't be burning your lungs from it, but it would be definitely noticeable.

This small changes would be really great.

Is there a way to just generate an arbitrary volume of air in a specified area? Like an atmos field generator that skips the whole gas diffusion thing and repressurizes a room directly?
