The Mass Emesis genetic ability no longer leaves behind puke puddles when used. I believe this started occurring after the fluid simulation update.
How to replicate:
1. Inject yourself with a Mass Emesis injector (My tests were done using an empowered injector)
2. Use the genetic ability
From what I can tell puke is applied to the floors, but is then removed almost instantly after this happens (I am guessing the puke evaporates after hitting a tile).
