Dip cigarettes into beakers to absorb chems

This is a pretty common feature on other servers, and I figured it would be nice here, too. Just take a cig and click on a beaker with it, to dip it and absorb the chemicals into it.

same idea as that "let us make cigs from chems" which got shot down due to how OP cigs with things like meth are

Given you only get the occasional 1u (?) bump, it's not terribly powerful. Case in point: Try smoking robust asomna. Not that amazing, really. You're better off upping the potency and dropping those thousands of units of meth into an artbeaker.

If implemented it'd probably better to pour onto the cigs (dust the buds, meng), as cigs in beakers already holds a function in hobo chemistry.

Really laced cigarettes dont even compare to the potential utility of vapomatics and injector belts. While they're locked behind the debris field and merchants they allow for vastly customisable injection rates and automatic trigger conditions.
